We think about what ca n be rather than what is...and then we move in that direction. The vision board is a tool that can be used to guide us in the direction we want to go. With this powerful tool, dreams can come true and goals can be achieved. You can live the life that you desire. The participants will collage pictures, words, phrases, and art cut from magazines onto a board which can serve as a visual reminder of where they want to go and what they want to focus on. Participants are encouraged to express goals and dreams visually, where they can see them daily and start to make them a reality.
